How do I return my parcel?

Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage all items with care. We will only accept products that are returned in their original condition. Our team will check that each product is unworn, undamaged and has all the original tags attached. Please fill in our return form that can be found inside your original parcel. If you choose exchange then please write the item name, colour and size you’d like us to swap your item for. If your order arrives without a paper slip please email and our friendly customer care team will help you with the next steps.

You have 14 days from the arrival date of your product to return your order (UK) or 21 days (International).

*Sales items are non-refundable

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, at this moment in time we do not offer free returns. This means that customers are responsible for paying the postage cost of the returned item back to us. We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us

Do you have any ‘pay later’ options?

Yes of course! We have a range of various pay-later options including Klarna, Clearpay and Laybuy. The option to use any of these services is available at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once our team have dispatched your items, you will receive an email notifying you of this, the email will also contain a tracking number that you can use via Royal Mail to track your order.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please email and our friendly customer care team will help you. Please note that sometimes, orders cannot be cancelled due to various reasons.
