You have 14 days from the arrival of your product to be eligible for a return/exchange. This is valid for wrong size, damaged, defective or misprinted items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and/or unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage all items with care. We will only accept products that are returned in their original condition. Our team will check that each product is unworn, undamaged and has all the original tags attached. Please fill in our return form that can be found inside your original parcel. If you choose exchange then please write the item name, colour and size you’d like us to swap your item for. If your order arrives without a paper slip please email firstname.lastname@example.org and our friendly customer care team will help you with the next steps.
We know things happen and we understand. If you’d like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email to process your request. If more than 3 hours have passed, we cannot guarantee your request, as it’s likely your item will already have been packaged ready for dispatch.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in a separate email. If the request is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
